Maintaining the Maintenance

Consistency, folks.  Consistency is your greatest strength.  When you're consistent with your practice, whatever the medium, the end result is going to feel better.

Consistency is what makes the difference.  It's easy to practice once, but can you practice for six days a week?  Or every day?  That's what's going to get you to the next level.  It's the 10,000 hours, it's the doing it when you don't want to, it's maintaining the maintenance that is going to send you over the top.

There are no shortcuts to consistency.  There is only the daily practice/meditation of doing it, day in and day out.
