One time, I was on a podcast

And not just any podcast.  But I was on Behind the Podium, the latest and greatest podcast in the world of health and wellness.  It was created by one of my dear friends, Jared Cohen, and one of his dear friends, Alexandra Ellis.

In the podcast, they discuss (sometimes with guests) the struggles, philosophies, and evolving practices of coaching—being a coach, having a coach, and or any avenue of providing value for another individual that advances his or her life.

Now, you might be thinking, why am I being interviewed?  To be honest, I'm not sure.  I do like to think of what I do with my students as some sort of coaching, but given what Jared and Alex do on a day-to-day basis versus what I do on a day-to-day basis, it might seem a little strange.  However, I believe that things translate from medium to medium.  So my approaches and practices with music are applicable to their approaches and practices with movement.  And we all have bodies so we have that in common.

You can listen to the interview on the Behind the Podium website or find the podcast in iTunes or wherever else you find podcasts.  I hope you enjoy my interview AND that you subscribe to Behind the Podium as to get some of the best information on important matters (such as improving your life) on the regular.
