Voice Lessons

After five years of not taking voice lessons, I rebooted them. It’s been as hard and wonderful as ever. Sara Bielanski is an excellent teacher and I look forward to splitting my lessons between her and Eric Hofbauer at Longy this year..

Writing songs

If I had to pick just one thing to be, I’d pick being a songwriter. I haven’t been writing as much as I would like to, and I’ve missed it. Writing songs is a core part of who I am and I know I’m a better person when I’ve been writing. So it’s as much a benefit to you as it is to me that I resume my songwriting ways.

One video per week on YouTube

For years, I made videos off-and-on and gained a surprising number of subscribers. Recently I finally took the thought of “what would happen if I put more effort into YouTube?” seriously and it’s been life-changing. Each week I upload at least one video. Here’s the latest.

Reading. A lot of reading

I’m always reading, but I feel like I’m reading with a purpose and a vengeance right now. Not sure why (aside from I love reading), but I feel like I need to do it so I’m doing it.
